Bespoke and specially-ordered flooring (including all made-to-measure carpet) cannot generally be returned once ordered, as it is cut and supplied specifically for your property.
Standard, non-bespoke products such as rugs, runners and accessories purchased online may be eligible for return in line with UK consumer law, provided they are unused and in original condition. Faulty or damaged goods will always be repaired, replaced or refunded in line with your statutory rights.
